Rebalance Your 7 basic chakras through your voice
In this course I’ll help you to rebalance your 7 basic chakras through voice & movement.
I created a course with 7 sessions. The best for you is to leave a week in between sessions, so you can try out the home practice I’ll suggest. I highly recommend to do those, because being balanced requires practice.
When I participated in other courses I found it very helpful to leave some space and time in between sessions to integrate the practices and understand which effect they have on you.
Every session has approximately the same structure. First I invite you to ground yourselves and arrive here and now.
Then I'll briefly explain the chakra we are working with. After that we will work with visualisations and vocal techniques to help you rebalance your energy in the specific chakra. And I’ll end the sessions by giving you some home practice. You’ll also need a journal to be able to write your experience.
Make sure you are alone while watching the videos, so you can practise freely and make sure you have enough time to do all the exercises and write down your experience.
Block 60 mins of your time, so you do not need to rush.
